Povilas Pečiulis
CEO, Member of the Board
Povilas Pečiulis is CEO and Member of the Board of Modus Asset Management. He has over 20 years experience in financial sector with sound knowledge of investment management, corporate finance, and project management. His key duties include capital raising & investment selection, fund management and team management.
Povilas was CFO of Modus Group during group’s high growth period. Povilas also headed group’s M&A team that concluded 5 transactions totaling over EUR 135 million. Previous to that held positions in EY business advisory service line and Swedbank. Most of previous experience was related to renewable and traditional energy.
Povilas has degree in Economics from Vilnius University. Further executive studies in Singularity University.
Oleg Martyniuk
Non-executive Chairman of the Board
Oleg is Non-executive Chairman of the Board at Modus Asset Management. With more than 11 years experience in executive and financial roles. Currently he is also member of the board in Modus Group. His key duties include corporate governance, relationship management with investors, financing banks and other stakeholders.
Oleg Martyniuk has led the significant growth of mobility and automotive segments, as well as acting CFO of Modus Group. Oleg held executive roles in automotive, mobility and parking business lines.
Oleg has Economics bachelor degree from ISM University of Management and Economics (2010) as well as Masters degree from St Andrews University (2013). Further executive studies include IMD and Singularity universities.
Donatas Kundrotas
Investment Director
Donatas leads M&A transactions at Modus Asset Management. With over 12 years experience in transactions, valuation and modelling. He is leading fundraising and investing activities at Modus AM. Donatas’ day to day duties include deal origination and execution, team coordination and investor relationship management.
Before joining Modus Asset Management, Donatas was head of M&A at Modus Group (2 years) and financial advisory manager at Deloitte (8 years), where he was advising PE and strategic clients on major transactions.
Donatas is a CFA charterholder since 2014. He has Economics bachelor degree from ISM University of Management and Economics (2010) as well as Executive MBA at Baltic Management Institute (2017).
Olga Kleinova
Risk Officer
Olga is responsible for risk management function at Modus Asset Management. With over 16 years of experience in internal control and finance, Olga brings sound knowledge and expertise in proactive and proper real-time risk monitoring and risk management process.
Olga is the Head of the internal control at Modus Group. She is responsible for risk management, internal audit procedures and tax compliance. Prior to Modus Group, Olga was a Chief State Auditor at National Audit Office of Lithuania. She also worked as an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton and as a Senior Consultant at EY.
Olga holds master degree in MBA from Vilnius University. She is also a certified internal auditor member at Institute of Internal Auditors.
Aldona Lekšaitė
Compliance Officer
Aldona is Lawyer at Modus Asset Management with 12 years of professional experience in various legal and regulatory projects, mainly focusing on fund compliance and corporate law matters. She provides Modus AM with day-to-day legal advice on local and international regulation, designs internal compliance programs and oversees applicable reporting requirements as well as represents Modus AM in relations with the Central Bank and other authorities.
Aldona works as a Lawyer for Modus Group for more than 6 years. Before Modus Group she also worked at ECOVIS law firm.
Aldona holds Master degree in intellectual property law from Mykolas Romeris University.
Marius Lukminas
Investment Manager
Marius has 11 years of professional experience in transactions, valuations and modelling. His day to day duties include valuation and modelling, deal origination, due diligence, commercial analysis and execution.
Previously he was M&A project manager at Modus Group (1.5 years), which he joined after working in Swedbank Investment Banking (2 years) and management consulting boutique Civitta (2 years).
Marius is a CFA charterholder since 2022. He is Economics graduate from the Vilnius University (2015) and Business Law post-graduate of the Mykolas Romeris University (2011).
Martynas Abečiūnas
Senior Investment Associate
Martynas has over 5 years of expertise in financial and tax due diligence, corporate finance and valuation projects. His key duties include valuation and modelling, leading day to day process of M&A transactions, performing and overseeing financial and tax due diligence.
Previously he worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte and PwC for more than 3 years.
Martynas has Bachelor of Business Management degree from ISM University of Management and Economics (2018).
Aleks Valiukevič
Investment Associate
Aleks has over 3 years of experience in valuation of private companies, pricing the broad range of financial instruments, analysis of financial data and assessment of KYC related risks. His key duties include valuation and modelling, assessing macroeconomic environment, leading day to day process of M&A transactions, performing and overseeing due diligence process.
Previously he worked at Swedbank Robur as valuation specialist, at Moody's Investors Service as financial data analyst and at Swedbank Lithuania as KYC specialist.
Aleks has passed all 3 levels of the CFA Program (2021). He is Finance graduate from Vilnius University (2019).
Rūta Gabrusėnaitė
Investment Analyst
Rūta has over 2 years of expertise in tax due diligence, corporate finance and financial valuation. Her key duties include funds set up, regulation and reporting, portfolio monitoring and optimization, valuation and modelling.
Previously she worked as a tax consultant at EY Lithuania and as an associate underwriter at Prokopius.
Rūta is Finance graduate from the ISM University of Management and Economics (2021). She has been on the Erasmus Exchange Program at the IÉSEG School of Management, France (2019).
